Finally!

We had "self diagnosed" our upstairs air conditioning issue as an "air flow" problem. One room is freezing, another hot. Our Unit was running 24/7 and our electric bill was thru the roof! The A/C company we were using had told us the duct work was "fine". We called Aircon and had a Tech in our home THE SAME DAY! A second glance and second opinion revealed that the ducts were not run correctly, and missing the parts that direct/control air-flow. Aircon was available to perform the work the next day.
